Do your feel like you have to run around in the shower to get wet? Why do you have good pressure in sinks and even in the tub faucet but not in the shower head? Some newer shower heads are designed to save water. Removing the restricting components in the head or purchasing a different style may do the trick. Old shower heads can be prone to calcium and other mineral build up reducing the spray to an uncomfortable dribble. In that case, try boiling the shower head in white vinegar for about 20 minutes. The acetic acid in the vinegar should dissolve the scale.
