John Marino

John Marino has been a member of the Schaefer Inspection Service team as a licensed home inspector since 2016. He has been licensed as a home inspector in CT since 2012. He has extensive experience as a contractor with Marino Home Builders and Home Improvement from 1988-2006. John was also Director of Maintenance at Avery Heights Health Care in Hartford since 1980. John has built homes from the ground up, as well as worked on many home improvement projects. John spends a lot of time with his clients and their potential new home purchase, helping them to feel well-informed. In his spare time, he likes being home, enjoying his swimming pool in the summer, and his heated lanai which he built for the winter. He enjoys any time he can spend with his family and four beautiful grandchildren.
