  • As stated in your Service Agreement, "a Repair Estimate must include a description of work to be performed, labor estimate and materials estimate".
  • As stated in your Service Agreement, "If the Customer believes the Company has made an error, the Customer shall, before making any repairs or alterations relating to the problem area, provide the Company with an opportunity to inspect that portion of the property where the alleged problem is located. In event of any claims or disputes, Customer agrees to allow Company to examine the item or component before any repairs or replacements are performed, with the exception of emergency conditions that pose health or safety risk (such as heating in winter). Otherwise Company has been denied opportunity to determine and respond to claim or dispute in a reasonable manner. Customer understands that any failure to notify Company as stated above constitutes a waiver of any and all claims, no exception. Any claim or dispute must be made in writing within one (1) year of inspection date."
