Jill Schaefer

Jill Schaefer holds a BA in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin and an MS in School Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. She is also certified by the National Radon Safety Board as a Radon Measurement Specialist. Throughout her career, Jill has raised three sons, worked in schools, and partnered with her husband, Bruce, in building and remodeling properties throughout Connecticut.

Jill’s background in social work and counseling has given her exceptional people skills, which she combines with a strong business sense to connect with homebuyers and real estate agents. She has a talent for meeting people where they are, listening carefully, and finding solutions that work to the benefit of everyone involved in the process.

Outside of work, Jill treasures time with her grandkids, is an avid Yogi, and finds joy and balance in tending to her garden. Her warmth, compassion, and problem-solving mindset are at the heart of everything she does—both personally and professionally.
