Katie O’Rourke holds a Masters of Business Administration from Fairfield University in Marketing, and Management with a concentration in Human Resources. She completed this degree after earning her Masters in Education in College Student Personnel Administration from James Madison University in the Psychology Department. Katie brings a strong background in marketing strategy, brand development, and client engagement to her role as Marketing Manager. With experience in building and promoting service-based businesses, in combination with her psychology background, she has a keen understanding of how to connect with clients, communicate value, and grow a trusted brand. Her work focuses on elevating the company’s presence while ensuring that messaging remains clear, professional, and client-focused.

Katie approaches marketing with a people-first mindset, emphasizing relationships, education, and transparency. She plays a key role in creating content, managing outreach, and supporting both clients and real estate professionals with resources that make the inspection process easier to understand and navigate.

Known for her creativity and attention to detail, Katie is dedicated to maintaining a consistent and approachable brand voice. She takes pride in helping showcase the company’s expertise while making sure clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys staying creative and working on her many Needlepoint projects, exploring new coffee shops in Connecticut, and spending time near/on the water with family and friends.
