Schaefer Inspection Service continues to meet our scheduled obligations for service, provided strict safety measures are adhered to. The health and safety of our our team and clients remains a top priority. We require all inspected homes to be empty with only the Inspector actively moving throughout the home. We have created protocols to enable real time feedback during the inspection. We reserve the right to cancel the inspection at any point in the event of sickness observed in any parties.
