Connecticut Home Inspections
The inspection includes a complete inspection of all visible and accessible structural and mechanical components of the home. We provide a Wood Destroying Insect Report, noting presence or absence of termites, powder-post beetles, carpenter bees, and ants. Our inspectors will observe for signs of infestation, damage, or past treatment from wood-destroying insects. We will inspect the systems of the home, as noted below, looking for systems nearing the end of service life, functionality, and safety issues. We will carefully observe for signs of water intrusion. The report will include pictures of issues found in the home and will note problem areas with a recommended action statement.
