Schaefer in the Community

More than 140,000 children in Connecticut experience chronic hunger. As a family-owned business, Schaefer Inspection Service knows the meaning of taking care of our children, and the children of Connecticut belong to all of us. Helped by the generous referrals of the Connecticut realtors, we have donated in excess of $15,000 to the Connecticut Food Bank‘s Back Pack Program, which provides children in need with a backpack full of food to take home with them on weekends when they may otherwise go hungry.

Since 2016 we have supported the following community organizations:

  • Amity Teen Center
